Don’t just jump online and try and wing it and see what happens. Please take 5 mins and read the information provided and follow the guide before you renew your memberships.

There is one major change this year (see attached photo). Please make sure you follow this step when making your payment. The renewal system is a bit clunky and confusing, but if you follow the guide it works.

Make sure you have all your Active Kids Voucher numbers ready before you start the process otherwise the system will time out and you will have to cancel your pending request and start again.

Make sure you click on ‘Make A Payment’ and finish the online renewal process
