This year we are combining the Proficiency Evaluations, Hi-Vis Rashie Collection and a pop up apparel store, at the Wollongong University Pool. Proficiency evaluations will be conducted for all Nippers Age groups U6s – U14s.
There will not be any registration days at the club house this season

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we will staggering the number of people that arrive to do the proficiency evaluations.
There will be 20 minute time slots with a maximum of 30 people.
Time slots will need to be booked by RSVP’ing in the events tab in Team App.
The RSVP number is to include all parents/carers and children coming with you on the day.
When you RSVP in team app, +1 includes you and one more, a total of 2 people. +2 is a total of 3 people, +3 is 4 people and so on.
All memberships must be renewed before making a proficiency evaluation booking
We are trying to minimise the number of parents and carers so please only book for the number of people you need on the day.

Where: Wollongong University Pool
When: Sunday the 13th and 20th September
Time: 10am – 1pm
Parking: Under the Sports Hub next to the pool

On the day
Please do your best to arrive at the pool for your booked time. Avoid coming early and waiting around.
All Nippers must arrive dressed in their swim wear ready to do their proficiency evaluation.
Change room and shower facilities WILL NOT be available on the day.
Everyone will have to register their details in line with government regulations for tracing purposes.
Nippers will then collect their Hi-Vis Rashie and purchase any apparel.
Nippers will then be marshalled and sent to the designated pool area for their proficiency evaluations.
All nippers MUST wear their club/age group cap and Hi-Vis Rashie while doing the proficiency evaluation. Goggles are optional No Wetsuits Allowed.
Parents/carers are not allowed in the pool with their children.
After the proficiency evaluation, Nippers and their parents/carers will need to leave the pool area quickly.

Everyone is responsible for social distancing and your assistance helping us maintain social distancing will be greatly appreciated

If you or any of your family group are feeling unwell on the day or you have recently visited known Covid -19 hotspots please do not come.

If you can not make your booked time please remove your RSVP in Team app
