Did you try the online renewal process and got part of the way through then stopped?
Have logged back in to start the process again but can’t select members to renew?
Did you renew memberships but not make a payment?

Then follow the ‘Pending Requests and how to Make a Payment’ Guide (attached)

If you already have pending requests for membership renewals then you just need to make a payment for those members and their membership will be accepted.
